The CTR Pallet Truck, is warranted against defects in materials and workmanship for a period of twelve (12) months for hydraulics and chassis, and three (3) months for wearables from date of installation.

Components found to be defective by an authorized service center that is approved by CTR Fastening Systems Ltd during the warranty period will be replaced or repaired as indicated above. Replacement components installed during the defined period set forth above, are warranted for the balance of the applicable truck warranty period, or 90 days, whichever is longer. Freight charges for parts involved in the replacement or repair of a defective component will not be covered. Labor or miscellaneous costs involved in the replacement of any components determined to be defective are not covered. Local taxes, if any, are excluded.

This warranty is void in the event of defects or damage caused by misuse, abuse, or accident. Any truck used under adverse conditions, such as fish, meat, or poultry processing plants, tanneries, freezer applications, or any other application where the unit is operating in water or subjected to fluid or chemicals is NOT covered under any warranty.

This warranty does not cover oil leaks, adjustments, or loose hardware.

CTR Fastening Systems Ltd reserves the right to make changes and improvements in design without making changes to previously manufactured vehicles.

Notwithstanding any other language contained herein, this warranty is expressly voided without any further notice if any modification is made to the CTR equipment, or if additional components or devices are added to the CTR equipment, without prior approval having been granted in writing by CTR Fastening Systems Ltd.

THIS WARRANTY IS IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESSED, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY. THERE ARE NO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. In no event shall CTR Fastening Systems Ltd be liable for incidental, special, or consequential damages.

CTR Fastening Systems Ltd warrants to the original purchaser that all portable power tools sold by CTR Fastening Systems Ltd will be free of defects in material or workmanship for a period of one year from date of purchase by the original purchaser, under normal and proper use and maintenance, throughout the warranty period.

CTR Fastening Systems Ltd will repair or replace, at its discretion, any items determined by CTR Fastening Systems Ltd to be defective. Normal maintenance items including but not limited to, fuses, filters, belts, tune-up parts, grease, fluids, motor brushes, contacts, light bulbs, hoses and fittings, switches, drill bits, chisels, grinding wheels, and other related accessory items and minor adjustments are not covered.

CTR Fastening Systems Ltd warranty does not apply to batteries, chargers or other accessories or attachments, not manufactured by CTR Fastening Systems Ltd, which may be delivered with or installed which their respective manufacturers warrant. Damage or defects resulting from misuse, abuse, negligence, accident, corrosion from use in a salt atmosphere such as a fish plant or wharf area or any other action not originating in the manufacture of the equipment is not covered. Hauling charges and freight charges on parts are not covered.

The warranty set forth herein is complete, exclusive, and in lieu of all other warranties, expressed or implied, by operation of law or otherwise, including, without limitation, any warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. The right to repair, replace or provide replacement parts is the sole and exclusive remedy for each breach of this warranty and CTR Fastening Systems Ltd shall not be liable for any damages, whether direct, consequential, or otherwise, resulting from any such breach.

CTR Fastening Systems Ltd warrants to the original purchaser that all electric and internal combustion forklifts sold by CTR Fastening Systems Ltd will be free of defects in material or workmanship upon delivery and will remain so, under normal and proper use and maintenance, throughout the warranty period.

This warranty commences on the day of delivery of the equipment to the original purchaser and will remain in effect for a period of twelve (12) months or one thousand (1,000) hours of operation (whichever occurs first). During this period, CTR Fastening Systems Ltd will repair or replace, at its discretion, any items determined by CTR Fastening Systems Ltd to be defective. Normal maintenance items including but not limited to, fuses, filters, belts, tune-up parts, grease, fluids, motor brushes, contacts, light bulbs, brake pads, tires, hoses and fittings, switches, LP tanks, fluid leaks and minor adjustments are not covered.
